Return period: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Refund period: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Return Period Based on Delivery Date: We base our return policy on the delivery date, not the purchase date. This is to ensure fairness as an item could be in transit longer than the return policy duration, preventing a customer from returning the goods. Therefore, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Circumstances Eligible for Returns:

  • Order Cancellation: Contact us at info@monvica.com to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please immediately contact us at info@monvica.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Manufacturing Defects or Problems After Use: We offer a warranty for products with manufacturing defects or problems after use. Contact us with details of the defect and photos, along with your order number.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • For an Exchange: To exchange your product, contact us with your order number and details of the desired replacement item.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. 

Initiating a Return:

  1. Email us at info@monvica.com for a return form.
  2. Include your order number and full name.
  3. Ensure your order meets our return or exchange conditions.
  4. Repackage the items in their original packaging if possible, including the completed return form.
  5. Take the package to the nearest post office with a Track & Trace code.


Geographical Coverage: This policy is applicable to orders from the United Kingdom.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

Return Labels: Return labels are usually included in the package. If not, email us at Info@monvica.com for a digital copy.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In some cases, a voucher or an item of equal value may be offered instead of a cash refund.
